My Story
The service unit was established in 2014 and located in Wan Chai district, providing dedicated and specialised support for persons with dementia and offering daytime care services. In addition, it offers the Community Care Service Voucher Scheme (CCSV) subsidised by the Social Welfare Department to enhance cognitive training for elderly persons with dementia. This enables elderly persons to receive continuous care in their familiar community, while also supports and trains their family members and caregivers to enhance their knowledge and skills in caregiving, thereby reducing caregiving stress.

Service Target Audience
Individuals aged 50 years or above with physical disabilities, or those aged 65 years or above holding Community Care Service Voucher; Free from any infectious diseases; No tendency or history of violence or harming others.
