My Story
The service, which is sponsored by the Social Service Development Fund of The Methodist Church, Hong Kong, was implemented in April 2024. In light of the immigration phenomenon in recent years, elders with emigrant family (Elders) have faced great changes in their role identities and family support. The project establishes a mutual help network through regular gatherings in terms of body, mind, spirit, and social connections. Frail Elders in need can also receive comprehensive assessments through the intervention of different professionals to formulate individual care plans.

Elders with emigrant family living from Wan Chai to the Eastern District (those with children who have immigrated in the past three years will be prioritized)
